Shipping will only be done on Saturday's and Sunday's thru Continental Airlines out of New Orleans, LA.
All of our chows are healthy and have regular checkups. Before your puppy is sent to you or picked up by you it will be thoroughly checked by our vet for any hip or eye problems.
Because Chows are at a high risk for hip and eye problems and these problems can develope at any age, we do not guarantee against either of these.
We do not give cash refunds. If your puppy is checked by your vet within 72 hours of your bringing it home and found to have a defect you can return it along with documentation of the defect from your vet, and we will replace it with another puppy of the same color/sex as soon as one becomes available. Return shipping and shipping of the replacement puppy will be at the purchasers expense.
